Brian brings more than 40 years of experience helping organizations improve performance, manage risk and deliver complex change through technology. His career spans senior consulting, entrepreneurship and technology leadership, including nine years as a Partner and co-leader of MNP's national Technology Consulting practice, which he helped grow from approximately 30 to more than 100 consultants. Today, Brian serves as a fractional CIO and advisor to boards and executive teams, helping organizations establish technology strategy and governance, respond to audit findings, strengthen cybersecurity and vendor management, modernize operating models and adopt artificial intelligence responsibly. His experience includes recovering complex programs, advising on mergers and platform modernization, and leading enterprise architecture and managed-services engagements. Recent work includes board-facing technology leadership for a Canadian credit union and advisory work in accounting automation, identity-fraud prevention, SaaS product development, digital assets and post-quantum cybersecurity. Known for a direct and collaborative approach, Brian translates difficult business and technology issues into clear decisions, practical roadmaps and measurable programs of work while building alignment among executives, internal teams, vendors and specialist partners
