It’s always a privilege when ourCIO gets to work alongside Manitoba’s vibrant credit union community, and this week’s 2025 CUMAM Conference in Winnipeg was no exception. The event brought together leaders, innovators, and partners from across the province to celebrate collaboration and explore new opportunities for growth within the credit union system. For ourCIO, it was a chance to reaffirm our commitment to supporting these organizations with forward-thinking IT leadership and strategic guidance.

The tradeshow floor was exciting, and we were thrilled to be part of it. Kent Smith, Managing Partner at ourCIO, was joined by the talented Barrie Davidson, retired Chief Risk and Finance Officer at Credit Union Central, whose insights and presence added an extra spark to our booth. Engaging with familiar faces and meeting new ones reminded us of the strong relationships that fuel our work.
